Terms of Service
for Movoza.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Movoza, operated by Tazmo Labs Timothy Foster. By using Movoza, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. Access may use email/password, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or anonymous login. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Movoza lawfully. Do not interfere with the app, access accounts or data without authorization, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, use it abusively or fraudulently, or submit content you do not have rights to use.
User content and voice features
You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting Tazmo Labs a limited license to store, process, transmit, and use it solely to operate and improve Movoza. Audio and speech may be processed by third-party services such as Microsoft Azure Speech Services.
Purchases and availability
Paid features and subscriptions may renew unless cancelled through the relevant store. Payments are handled by Apple or Google and are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. The service may change, pause, or discontinue.
Ownership, liability, and termination
Movoza and its branding and software are owned by or licensed to Tazmo Labs. The app is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or legal reasons.
Privacy and contact
Your use is also governed by the Movoza Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent through the Tazmo Labs contact form.
