for Fynsh.
Fynsh is a gentle productivity app designed for brains that get overwhelmed. It is designed local-first, keeping your tasks and focus data yours.
Local-first by default
Tasks, timers, focus sessions, and settings are stored on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync. We cannot access locally stored task content. On-device speech recognition is used for voice capture; audio is not sent to our servers.
Optional analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics may collect aggregated, non-identifiable feature-use data. Firebase Crashlytics may receive anonymous error reports. These tools are used to improve stability and can be limited through your device or app settings.
Purchases and optional cloud sync
Apple or Google handle Premium transactions and share only verification information, not payment details. If you enable Premium cloud sync, task data is encrypted and stored in Firebase Firestore. You can disable sync or delete cloud data from the app settings.
Your control and rights
You can delete tasks, reset local data, disable analytics, and request deletion of cloud data. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Fynsh is intended for users 13 and older.
Security, changes, and contact
Local data is protected by your device, while cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest with access restricted by Firebase rules. We do not sell your personal information. We may update this policy; questions and data requests can be sent through the Tazmo Labs contact form.
