Movoza is operated by Tazmo Labs Timothy Foster. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Movoza.
Information we collect
We may process email and authentication-provider information, account identifiers, in-game name, progress, preferences, subscription status, audio you choose to submit, speech recognition results, generated text, analytics, device and performance information, crash logs, and diagnostic events.
How we use information
Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, provide and sync app functionality, personalize the experience, process voice features, handle purchases, improve performance, monitor crashes, protect app integrity, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Movoza relies on Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics; Apple and Google sign-in; Microsoft Azure Speech Services; and the Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases and subscriptions.
Audio and international processing
If you use voice features, audio and related text may be transmitted to process speech recognition or text-to-speech. Information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards where required.
Retention, deletion, and rights
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the service, legal obligations, disputes, and security. You can delete your account in the app where available or contact us. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or portability. Movoza is not intended for children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer. We may update this policy and its effective date.
