By downloading or using HoodHero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of the service
HoodHero provides AI-driven vehicle diagnostics, a digital Garage, and automated repair guides based on technical information from third-party services.
Safety disclaimer
HoodHero and its AI assistant Jax provide educational and DIY information only. Jax is not a certified mechanic. Repairs, maintenance, and modifications are performed at your own risk. Tazmo Labs is not liable for vehicle damage, injury, or death to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Subscriptions and credits
Free use, subscription tiers, lifetime access, and VIN credits may vary by region. Lifetime accounts may be subject to a fair-use cap of 30 VIN lookups per month in restricted regions. Payments are handled by Apple or Google and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
User responsibilities
Use HoodHero only lawfully. Ensure any repair is within your skill level and complies with safety rules and vehicle warranties. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or redistribute its data commercially.
Availability and ownership
The app requires an internet connection and depends on third-party databases that may be unavailable or inaccurate. Tazmo Labs owns the app, its content, Jax, logos, and repair-guide formats. Access may be suspended if these Terms are violated.
Governing law and contact
